Nordic Key Account Manager:
Be the driving force behind our Nordic customer relationships! Your role is to nurture and expand our customers creativity. Serving as the vital link between customers and internal teams across multiple Nordic countries, you'll resolve issues, maintain trust, and elevate our brand.

IDÉ House of Brands AS is one of the Nordic region's largest total suppliers of product media. Our product range is virtually unlimited. In addition to the products listed in our catalogs, we also have many years of expertise in customized production. In recent years, we have built up a large organization in Norway. With headquarters in Drøbak and sales offices in Oslo, Sandefjord, Stavanger, Bergen, Trondheim, Lillehammer and Ålesund. In addition, we cover the Nordic region and Europe through IDÉ offices in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Iceland. We currently have 143 employees and an annual turnover of approximately NOK 500 million.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and grow customer teams
  • Cultivate relationships and boost sales 
  • Facilitate seamless communication between customers and internal teams 
  • Tackle challenges and handle complaints with finesse
  • Craft compelling presentations for both new and existing clients 
  • Manage case orders and web shop clients 
  • Navigate special productions and stock orders 
  • Collaborate effectively with suppliers 
  • Contribute to acquiring new Nordic customers and participate in tenders

Qualification requirements you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education; the educational requirement may be waived by relevant work experience
  • Good digital competence
  • Good knowledge of Norwegian and English, both orally and in writing
  • Analytical with good numerical understanding

It is desirable that you also:

  • B2B sales experience, preferably industry experience
  • Desire to acquire new knowledge, to develop yourself and our customers 
  • Desire to work in both a team and independently
