Key Account Manager | Nordic Team
In 2021, we are building a Nordic team with IDÉ House of Brands representatives from all countries.
The team will be responsible for our largest Nordic clients. Our goal is to have a close collaboration in all countries to ensure satisfied clients and to require new Nordic customers.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to oversee the relationships for a few of our most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers. You would love to work Nordic together with colleagues and clients in different countries and don’t mind travel when needed. You have a high degree of service attitude and are structured.
What does a Nordic Key Account Manager do?
- You are responsible for 2-3 of IDÉ's Nordic key customers. Your main role is to develop and retain top Nordic customers, and nurture those key relationships over time.
- Expand the relationships and sale by continuously proposing solutions that meet clients objectives
- Serve as the link of communication between customer and internal teams in several Nordic countries
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Quotation writing and follow-up for case orders
- Purchasing, order processing and invoicing for cases
- Contribute to getting new Nordic customers
Desired competence and experience:
- Experienced in working with clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Comfortable in English (written and spoken) as it will be the team’s main language to communicate
- While strong selling skills are important, key account management prioritizes the long-term relationship over short-term transactions
